CND Ventures collects and processes personal information as a service provider to property owners and management companies (collectively, "Clients"). This includes data pertaining to Clients’ residents, prospective renters, current and prospective Clients, and Client-employee end users of CND Ventures Services.

Personal information does not include:

• Publicly available information from government records.
• De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
• Information excluded from state privacy laws, such as health or medical information covered by HIPAA, and personal information covered by sector-specific privacy laws like the FCRA, GLBA, FIPA, or the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

III. Personal Information Sources

CND Ventures collects personal information from:

• Residents and prospective renters during enrollment or use of CND Ventures.
• Clients via direct input into CND Ventures or integration with Client systems and third-party service providers.
• Credit reporting agencies, payment processors, and website analytics services integrated with CND Ventures Services.
• Client employees during setup of user accounts and during service activation.

IV. Personal Information Use & Processing

As a service provider, CND Ventures processes personal information on behalf of our Clients. We do not control the personal information we process, and we adhere to clients' instructions regarding data handling. Where CND Ventures acts as a data controller, a separate privacy policy will be provided.

We may use or disclose personal information for:

• Fulfilling the purpose for which it was collected and providing CND Ventures Services.
• Integrating with services offered by CND Ventures or third-party providers.
• Distributing communications and notices about CND Ventures Services.
• Maintenance, enhancement, research, and security of CND Ventures.
• Compliance with laws related to software-as-a-service, financial institutions, and money services.
• Creating and securing user accounts.
• Responding to legal requests and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluating business changes such as mergers or sales.

CND Ventures will not collect additional personal information or use collected information for unrelated purposes without notice. Sensitive information processing is limited to necessary activities for delivering CND Ventures.

CND Ventures does not sell personal information and has not yet done so in the past 12 months. We may disclose personal information to third parties under limited circumstances to support CND Ventures Services, including service providers and vendors. We ensure that third parties only use personal information for the purposes specified and do not control third-party privacy practices.

• Request a summary of the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information over the past 12 months from your property manager or directly from CND Ventures if you have a direct relationship with us.

Deletion of Personal Information

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions such as completion of transactions, legal obligations, and internal uses.

VIII. Consumer Request Responses and Timelines

We will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and respond within forty-five (45) days. An extension of up to 45 days may apply. Responses will cover the past 12 months and explain any inability to comply.

IX. Personal Information Sales and Sharing – Opt-Out Rights

CND Ventures does not sell personal information. If practices change, we will notify you and provide opt-in/opt-out options.

X. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, including by denying services or charging different prices.
